01 / Indoor, outdoor or both?

Interiors and walkthroughs are our core work. Exterior capture is from the ground and needs a clear perimeter of several metres around every side of the building. A one-metre side path is not enough for the scanner. Facades scan well to about three storeys. A side we cannot stand back from, a roof, or anything above three storeys needs a different method, so tell us if the job includes them and we confirm the approach before the fixed quote.

The first 12 months of twin hosting are included in every tier.

Tell us what the scan is for and what it includes. For the outside, say how much clear space there is around each side of the building. Roofs, and anything above about three storeys, need a different method, so say if the job includes them. We capture the building, not the land: no boundaries, no ground levels, no site datum, and the output is not a registered surveyor’s plan.

Estimates are indicative and scale with the captured area, the number of levels and how complex the building is. Photorealistic renders and progress capture can be added to any tier. Every tier includes the first 12 months of twin hosting; after that you can keep it live for $250 a year, renewed yearly, take ownership in your own Matterport account, or just take the point cloud, CAD or BIM. The fixed price is confirmed in writing, within 24 hours, ex-GST, Greater Sydney.
